We have built a complete enterprise end to end solution for building relationships on Messaging Apps. This we do by combining:

- A logic layer: This consists of conversational templates that are easy to customise through a GUI, proprietary neural networks that are pre-trained on each vertical simple, and a re-marketing engine that allows us to do profiling based on all interactions client have with company so as to be able to send personalised messages that drive sales.
- Connection to human agents: We seamlessly connect the chatbot with human agents to do a smooth transition between bot to human in a conversation. We also provide an AI layer to agent’s console that suggest answers and builds a knowledge base to help them do their job better.
- Integration to business systems: We have built an adapter that allows us to do faster integrations to businesses ERPs, CRMs, inventory management, etc.

All of this is packaged into a simple product that takes less than a week to get started.
