About Our Product

We have a revolutionary coating product which works on electrical surfaces. Based on a polymer it has corrosion prevention properties, is self-healing and keeps electronics functioning even when temporarily submerged under water.

We packed it in various can sizes for consumer distribution. Further development and testing will develop the coating into an engineering and manufacturing application supplied in pressurized cannister and raw material volumes to be applied through specific equipment such as spray-guns and application chambers.

About Industry

The pain points we are covering for the consumer market are based on water exposure to consumer products where consumers could spray the product themselves which provides for water protection damage based on rain exposure, accidental water spillage or used with sweaty conditions.

The bigger opportunity is with the 93B US$ export market from e.g. China. The electronics production industry or where the electronic products are being used and have large problems with product returns, components malfunctions, repair problems etc. with the current coating solutions. Coating layers are hard to repair; coatings crack over time due to temperature or UV exposure. Our coating is based on a microscopic layer and is a reversible coating. It’s “self-healing”, returning to its original application form.

About Competitor

Competition differs between the consumer and industrial markets. For the consumer market we are the only ones providing a self-application solution, as others require devices to be sent in or left behind for processing, taking between hours-days.

For the industrial market various different types of coating are available either based on a hard or rubbery layer providing repair difficulties and cracking of the layers over time, or are based on costly plasma applications. Our coating is a thin layer which is easy to apply or re-apply, remains as a similar coating layer after application and is competitively priced.
